BAKED FISH – TILAPIA (NON SPICY VERSION)

This is a non spicy version of baked fish that was made for one of the potluck party (@ my office). Easy recipe to cook!

Ingredients

  1. Tilapia Fillets – 8
  2.  Lemon Juice – 2 tsp (Freshly squeezed)
  3. Salt – as required
  4. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  5. Thyme – 1 bunch
  6. Olive oil

Final Product

Method:-

 

  1. Rinse the fish and pat dry.
  2. Gently apply the mixture made mixing the salt, pepper and lemon juice on the fillets.
    Ready for oven
  3. Keep this in room temperature for 10 mts.
  4. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Line the baking pan with aluminium foil. Spray some olive oil on this.
  6. Arrange the fish on the foil. I placed thyme on top of each piece.
    One more
  7. Bake it for 10-15 mts or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Cooked

Notes:

 

  1. Fish gets cooked super fast, so make sure it is not over cooked (else it would be tough or rubbery).
